Modified fluorine coating
It has a hardness of 3H to 5H and excellent wear resistance! In the case of low-temperature sintering types, there is no concern about distortion due to heat.
"Modified Fluorine Coating" is a coating film that possesses characteristics equivalent to fluororesin, such as non-stick and low friction coefficient, while exhibiting superior mechanical strength and wear resistance compared to fluorine coatings, including hardness and ease of application. There are low-temperature sintering types (180°C) and high-temperature sintering types (260°C), allowing for coatings tailored to the properties of the materials. Additionally, it has a low friction coefficient, significantly improving slip properties. 【Characteristics】 ■ Wear Resistance: Hardness of 3H to 5H, superior wear resistance compared to fluororesin ■ Low Friction: Excellent friction coefficient (0.04 to 0.07) ■ Low-Temperature Sintering (Gray): Continuous use temperature △ (160°C) wear resistance, non-stick property ◎ ■ High-Temperature Sintering (Brown): Continuous use temperature ◎ (220°C) wear resistance, non-stick property ◎ ■ Film Thickness: 20 to 30 μm ■ Color: Gray, Brown *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
